The university has a central digitized library. It is installed with WEB OPAC meaning the books are cataloged online for public access. It constitutes over 6197 e-journals. The library also facilitated inter library loan facilities.

PES University provides accommodation facilities to both boys and girls. While the boys hostel is located within the campus, the girls hostel is located 2 kilometers away. PES University admits international students for select courses in the fields of Engineering, Management, Medical and Life Sciences. They must first pass the eligibility criteria set by the administration. Since the university admits students from both KCET and its own entrance exams, students from various backgrounds can be seen in the campus. Nevertheless, there are scopes in which the university should make efforts to make the campus more diverse.

PES University does not have a strict dress code. Students are not burdened with unnecessary rules in their daily life. It sets an ideal ground for the students to express themselves.
