Academics & Faculty : The daily routine in Padre Conceicao College of Engineering varies from first to final year. Being in First year the college starts from 9 AM to 5 PM and from Monday to Saturday except non-working Saturday's. For final year's students have classes from Monday to Friday. There is a project work given to the students. The teaching quality is average but declining since most of the experienced and senior teachers that used to teach are either retiring or going to other college's due to better post and salary. Alumni network is not so good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Student's who wish to undertake BE in Padre Conceicao College of Engineering are requested to clear the entrance exam GCET. The eligibility criteria depend on your GATE ranking. This college is the second most preferred after GEC. Students undertaking diploma can join directly for the 2nd year.

Placements & Internships : Internship is not offered by Padre Conceicao College of Engineering and students have to approach the companies on their own. However there are many workshops on various topics ranging from android programming to making of a Go-kart are available for the students. There are many companies that come for placements. Some of them include TCS, BOSCH, IBM, WIPRO, etc. The salary figures vary, the average salary is Rs. 120k per anum. Many of the previous alumni get a teachers post in this college, for experience. The alumni network however isn't too great.   

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is only girl's hostel present in Padre Conceicao College of Engineering. The food isn't that great and is usually cost Rs. 50 per meal.  The classrooms are spacious and the environment is great. Lab's are up to date and the Library has a variety of books. There is no wifi provided by this college. 

Clubs & Associations : There are many student societies at Padre Conceicao College of Engineering but for mechanical branchs, the main one's are COSME and ISHRAE. There is also entrepreneur cell established which helps students in their start-up's. There are 3 events's in the campus. They are the sport's event, Tachyon which is tech event and MITHYA which is a cultural event. The college life is good.
