Padma College of Management & Science was established by the Padma Educational Trust. The trust was formed in 2005. The trust aims at imparting quality education to the students by providing modernized teaching methods and curriculum. The college is affiliated to the Bangalore University. The trust was formed by a group of highly educated professionals, legal experts and academicians. The college offers commendable infrastructure facilities which include hostels for boys and girls. It also offers placement opportunities to its students. 

The college offers courses in business administration, management, commerce, arts and other pre-university courses.
