Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, is affiliated with the college. It lies approximately 55 km from Thiruvananthapuram and 14 km from Nagercoil.

Noorul Islam College of Arts and Science’s goal is to eliminate illiteracy from rural and backward regions. It is a branch of the Noorul Islam Educational Trust.
