• The candidate should have a Master's degree in Sciences/ Engineering/ Technology/ Management/ Social Sciences/ Commerce, or,
• Should have BTech/ BE degree having scored at least 8.85/ 10 CGPA, or have a valid GATE score.

• Non-refundable acceptance fee:- INR 15,000 [Acceptance of the Admission offer].
• Refundable Security Deposit:- INR 25,000 [Payable at the time of Enrolment. Due to special circumstances in 2020, the refundable security deposit amount will be reduced to the extent of Acceptance Fee paid].

Semester-wise Fees:

Scholarships at NIIT University, [NU] Alwar:

• All full-time students with an M.Tech degree would be given a scholarship of INR 30,000 per month during the coursework and till the date of approval.
• All full-time students without an M.Tech degree would be given a scholarship of INR 20,000 per month during the coursework and till the date of approval.
• A monthly financial assistance of INR 35,000 would be given to all full time students post approval of their research proposal till 3 years from the date of their first registration.
• Monthly financial aid of INR 40,000 would be given to all full time students for the remaining period of their Ph.D till 5 years from the date of their first registration.
• They will have to assist in teaching and research activities and the fee will not be charged.
• Full time residential students would be exempted from paying the university fee.
