The eligibility criteria for UG Admission at NIIT University are as follows:

• For B.Tech the candidate must have a minimum of 60% aggregate in 10th with compulsory subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies level and 10+2 level with a minimum of 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology (PCM/ PCB) & English. For getting admission in the second year, the candidate must have a degree, Diploma, or completed engineering 1st year from any institution

• For M.Sc, Candidates seeking Integrated M.Sc admission must have passed Class 12 with at least 60% marks. Candidates must have studied Physics, Biology/ Maths, and English as subjects

• For M.Tech, the candidate shall have passed BE/ B.Tech or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ ST/ SEBC Candidates) in the qualifying exam for ME/ M.Tech courses
