• It is practical course, taking into account the need of the local hospitality industry. These would be a small hotel, restaurant or highway motels etc.

• Along with F&B service, food production, different cuisines and recipes are taught.

• Special emphasis is given on grooming and language development, benefiting the rural students.

• His 100% practical and job oriented. This is an autonomous course, which can be done after your SSC Board Exam. There is no minimum pass percentage !or this course.

• The syllabus is extensive. It is taught in step-by-step modular form. All aspects of the hospitality industry are taught, like food production, house keeping, front office, food and beverage services etc.

• IT and Management papers are also included in the course. Plus personality development programs, with training spoken English and communication skills help overall development.

• The three-months compulsory industrial training every year helps gain experience and helps fully understand all aspects of the hospitality industry.
