PG candidates must submit a hard copy of the complete application form along with an affidavit undertaking executing a bond to serve for two-year after graduation in a designated hospital.

At the time of documents verification, all original documents have to be produced. Candidates are also required to submit self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents to KEA.
