Latest hiring is from- CCAPGEMINI WIPRO, INFOSYS, POLARIS, HPCL, BPCL, INDIAN ARMY etc. If you are good you could easily get job of Rs. 6 - 7 lakhs pa. But average salary is Rs. 4.5 lakhs pa. Seniors of this institute are very co-operative and their are very less alumni from this institute but then also they are helpful.

You would be given an assignment, from time to time and there would be regular exams. Teaching quality is above average as most of the faculties are helpful but self-study is most important. Overall experience is good.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are a sufficient number of hostels in National Institute of Technology, [NIT] Nagaland, girls are having separate hostels. It is mandatory to live in the hostel in college. Good quality of this NIT is average and you might get bored after some time. Lab facility is very nice, libraries are good, Wi-Fi speed is awesome and you will never feel bored.
