Courses Offered by NIELIT

• The college offers an M.Tech course in two specializations.
• It also offers short term courses which include, ten PG Diploma, nine Advanced Diploma, and three certificate courses.

• Go to the official website of the college.
• Click on the course tab and select ‘Apply Now’.
• Click on Sign up and register using your Email ID and Phone number.
• A verification link and an SMS will be sent to your mail ID and phone number.
• Verify using the link sent.
• Now you can log in and click on the ‘apply now’ tab.
• Fill the application form with legit information.
• Upload a scanned copy of your photo and signature.
• Pay the admission fee of INR 1000/- for general candidates and INR 500/- for SC/ST students.
• Hit the submit button.

National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Admission Fees

• Candidates will have to pay a total course fee of INR 2,68,500/- for M.Tech.
• INR 60,000/- is the admission fee for PG Diploma courses.
• Nevertheless, depending on the course you pick NIELIT fee structure differs.

NIELIT M.Tech Admission 2025

• Admission to the M.Tech course is based on the candidates’ GATE score followed by counseling. 
• To become eligible to apply for this course, candidates should have BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum of 60% of marks in aggregate.
