M. S. Ramaiah College of Hotel Management Management offers every student the opportunity to meet employers from various sectors of the Hospitality Industry. The college invites various hotel groups, resorts, restaurant chains, fast food organizations, airlines, retail organizations, facility management companies and other service related companies for Campus Recruitment. The students attend presentations, are interviewed and recruited for full time employment, part time employment, internships and Industrial exposure training. Employers appreciate the fact that the graduates from this college have gone through an intensive on going Personality Development Programme and Technical Development Programme. This ensures that they are able to face interviews confidently. They are armed with the right attitude, skills and discipline and are ready to respond to the ever changing demands of the industry Though the students graduated only in June 2011, Campus Recruitment for the Final Year students started in the month of September 2010 and ended in April 2011. Several companies from India and overseas visited the campus and the students of Batch 2007 -11 have been placed in various rewarding positions.

(Ista), Lemon Tree, The Lalit , The Park ,ITC Hotels , Accor( Novotel, Ibis and Mecure Homestead ), ITC Fortune, Radisson, Leela, Hilton , Westin, Marriott, Green Park, Ginger , Atlantis Palm- Dubal, Mahindra Hotels and Resorts , Wyndham, Svenska, Rarontongan Beach Resort and Spa - Cook Islands, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Seven Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Angsana Resort and Spa . The students have been employed in various capacities, as Management Trainees, Hotel Operation Management Trainees, Hotel Operation Trainees, and Associates.

The students have been selected as Management Trainees.

Retail , Fast Food and Restaurant Chain- Jau bon pain, McDonalds, Yum Foods , Domino Pizza  , Max Hypermarket, Brand Calculus, Bharti  Wal-mart.
They are recruited as Associate Managers, Executive Trainees, Graduate Trainees and Management Trainees

Serviced Apartments- Hummingbird India

The students have been recruited  as Management Trainees.

The students of the II Semester and IV Semester are given the opportunity to broaden their experience by working part time and train during their vacations in various organizations like The Oberoi, The Taj West End, ITC Royale Gardenia, ITC Windsor, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Yum Foods and McDonalds.  They also work for various events and conferences organized by the Banquet Departments of leading hotels in Bangalore.

Industrial Exposure Training in the VI Semester is a part of their curriculum and the college places the students in various hotels and resorts all over the world.
