Infrastructure Facilities at Modern Engineering and Management Studies, [MEMS] Balasore:

• MEMS Balasore provides good infrastructure facilities for its students.

A.C. Lecture Hall:

• The MEMS Institute will provide an adequate number of A.C Lecture Halls which are well equipped with modern standards
• The Lecture Hall provides LCD and audiovisual equipment for best practice of theoretical concepts 

Conference and Seminar Halls:

• MEMS College provides conference and seminar halls with a well equipped with audiovisual and multimedia facilities to conduct the seminars, workshops etc., and to make each seminar professional

Internet:

• The college provides 24 hours internet facilities
• The departments are networked with 10 MBPS speed LAN/ WAN, connecting all the labs, staff rooms, and library
• There are more than 410 computers with the latest configuration in all the labs

Central Library:

• The College library has a vast collection of 21000 information resources that includes the technical, magazines, CD-ROM's and newspapers etc.,
• The library has a big room for students with a huge collection of reference books and magazines
• Daily Newspapers are also readily available for reading.
• Patrons are advised to produce College Photo-ID before using the Reading Room facilities
• Library also provides e-journals too
• There are 10 number of systems are available with internet facilities in a library

Hostels:

• MEMS provides hostel blocks separately for girls and boys.
• The hostel has common rooms with TV.
• Solar water heater and common water cooler are provided.
• Good food is also served to the students in the hostel.
• The hostels have warden supervision, medical checkups.
• The hostels are spacious, safe and secured with a cordial environment and surrounded by pleasant landscapes

Transport Services:

• MEMS college provides the transportation facilities for both students and staff members

Cafeteria:

• The college provides fresh and hygienic food
• It also serves Chinese foods as well as Oriya and Bengali people

Games and Sports:

• MEMES college consists of a large playground in the campus is well equipped for cricket, football, volleyball and other Indian games
• There is one section which includes  the sports in the educational complex

• A branch of State Bank of India is functioning within the campus with ATM Facility.
• It also provides financial assistance in terms of study loan to the students.
