At M.G. Science Institute counseling is available to final year B.Sc. /M.Sc. students for higher study options and job prospects. The carrier counseling is working through committee called carrier counseling and placement cell. The committee performs counseling of students at regular interval and guides them to look for the area of their interest. They are also arranging lecture related to personality development, carrier opportunity about preparing curriculum-vitae and tips for facing interview etc.

Placement cell of the college is very much focused on the placement of their students. The Students gets counseling for the study abroad and career prospects.
