Additional Details:

• MAKAUT offers various UG programs in both General & Honours streams. Aspiring students have to fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria in order to secure admission in their desired course.
• Qualifying JEHOM entrance examination conducted by the university makes candidates eligible for admission to the program BHMCT. The application form for the same can be filled online.
• According to the regulations issued by the university, 50% of the seats are filled through CET. The CET is a 2-hour examination whereas the pattern of the examination is MCQ based.
• MAKAUT conducts the examination at multiple centers throughout the country such as Kolkata, Kharagpur, Durgapur, Berhampore, Kalyani, Siliguri, Alipurdar, Bhubaneshwar, Ranchi, Agartala, Patna, Guwahati.

Eligibility Criteria:

• (10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent.
• He/She should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate with English as a subject.
• All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.
