INFRASTRUCTURE

Mahakavi Bharathiyar College of Engineering and Technology has been developed and fully established with 7 imposing multi-storeyed Academic Blocks and 2 Workshop Blocks:

• Main Block
• Basic Engineering Block
• Electronics Block
• Mechanical Engineering Block
• Civil Engineering Block
• P.G. Block - MBA
• Workshop Blocks

The Buildings house fully furnished Laboratories, Centres of Excellence, Smart Class rooms/ Class rooms, Drawing halls, Conference halls, Offices for HODs, Staff rooms, Seminar Halls, Department Libraries and other facilities as per 'AICTE Norms and Standards'.

Spacious lawns between the entrance and buildings and green trees around provide the serene and right ambience for the Campus. The College has 5 Residential Hostels, separately for Boys and for Girls. Facilities provided in the hostels include:

Hostel & Food

We have separate hostel for boys and girls. They are also permitted to use their own computers in their own rooms. The mess is spacious with a dining hall and kitchen. Separate seating arrangements are made for both boys and girls.

COMPUTER CENTRES

Fully furnished Computer Labs are located in different Centers and these occupy a total area of our College. These labs cater to the 'Computer Science and Engineering' and 'Software training' needs of students and Faculty.

College has Internet connectivity through leased line. This caters for:
