Infrastructure :-

The College has a huge infrastructure . The classrooms are spacious, well ventilated with AC facilities and equipped with computers and LCD projectors.To accommodate the increase in Post Graduates the departments have been updated with new equipment.

The college aims to upgrade and modernize the clinical background in order to provide up to date patient care which include treatment, clinical computing capabilities and instrument management.

All the Department and the OPD’s have been provided with optimum facilities to ensure valuable training to students and smooth treatment of patients.A unique feature of the college is the provision of various types of Laser and Digitalized Radiography in five Departments. This Laser Management involves bloodless and effective treatment, which is completed within a short span of time at reasonable cost.

The students undergo various programmes under the guidance of senior faculty and are taught to use such sophisticated equipment .

We have a seperate Maxillofacial Rehabilitation Centre which caters to the treatment of patients with missing body parts such a jaws, eyes, nose and fingers with latest prosthetic and artficial substitutes including extra-oral Implants Under guidance of international experts, the centre also imparts training to oral and maxilloficial surgeons and students.

We also have seperate Implantology Department. This Department is equipped with the latest speciality and super-speciality equiments to cater to all the latest treatment using implants.This super speciality department is the first of its kind at the state and National Level.

Laboratory

Excellent & fully equipped laboratories are basic requirement for imparting good training and quality education and producing knowledgeable professionals. Keeping this in mind the management has provided spacious, well-ventilated and lighted laboratories equipped with all modern amenities such as equipment’s, instruments, surgical equipment, chemicals etc. Separate cabins are provided for Professors and Heads in each department.

Classrooms

Fully furnished classrooms are ready with the attachment of Over-Head Projector and Slide Projector as teaching aids. All the classrooms are spacious, well ventilated & lighted.

Central Dental Clinic – O.P.D

The College has a spacious Out Patient Department the Central Dental Clinic, equipped with modern Dental chairs and all the necessary attachments. The O.P.D. has a separate X-ray Unit and all other surgical equipment to provide all types of dental treatment at a reasonable cost to the needy patients. The response of the patients visiting O.P.D. is good.

Library

The college has a well established library, with a wide range of books from basic Medical Sciences to Dentistry and its super specialties. The Library also subscribes to a large member of National, International Magazines, journals, CDs and books in digitalized format related to Dentistry which are also available for reference. Apart from hard copies, it also has a Computer section with latest configured 30 computers with INTERNET facility, scanners, DVD writers and laser printer and a photocopier to assist the students in their studies.

Internet Facility

The College has provided an INTERNET facility in the College library so as to keep our students updated with the latest development in the field of Medicine, dentistry & other allied subjects. The College has also made provision to provide rare and expensive books to the needy students through the Book Bank of the College library.

Hostel

The M.C.E. Society has made available two separate hostels for boys and girls for the students of Dental College within the campus.
