KITM has a well-organized Training & Placement cell headed by an exclusively dedicated and experienced former member of the top management team of a large nationalized bank having worked across the country and widely traveled abroad with very cordial relationship in the corporate world to monitor employment potentials and manage campus interviews for the students.

Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of the Institute with full support and complete infrastructure for effective functioning under following parameters:

  • The objective of the Training and Placement cell is to arrange for 100% placement by inviting reputed companies for campus recruitment and on the job training for which we are in contact with more than 200 companies...
  • Placement Cell is well equipped to impart guidance to the students for creating and availing the opportunities to build up their career not only in India but also abroad.
  • Top Executives of the corporate world are off -and -on invited to address the students ,guide them and make them aware of the latest trends and expectations of the industry from the younger generation in future in respect of placements, entrepreneurship, general awareness and individual development .
  • Realizing the need of soft skills and English speaking proficiency, special training programs are organized by experienced faculty and outsourced experts in the respective field. To improve self- confidence and personal effectiveness of the students, mock interviews, group discussions, case studies, communication skill workshops, career mapping and personality development programs are frequently organized by the Institute.
