Krupanidhi College of physiotherapy was established in 1995 and is the first physiotherapy college in Bangalore. The institute is part of the Krupanidhi Group of Institutions was set up during the year 1985, and is promoted by the Krupanidhi Educational Trust. In fact, at Bangalore, the College was the first to conduct courses in Physiotherapy. Krupanidhi College of Physiotherapy is accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the All India Council for Technical Education, and the Pharmacy Council of India. Also, the center has temporary affiliation with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and is associated with Bangalore University. BPT is a 4-year undergraduate programme. Bachelor of Physiotherapy course is offered on a full time basis. The course uses a hands on approach that puts emphasis on client centered, inter professional and evidence based practice. During the pre-clinical semesters, students develop the practical aspects of physiotherapy through a simulated learning environment and by practicing on each other.

The college offers a full-time B.Pharm course of 4 years and 6 months duration to the applicants. Admission to BPT for SAARC Countries, the candidate requires to have a transcript of 11th and 12th standard marks, Conduct / Character certificate, and Date of Birth proof in Indian Almanac. The tuition fees for BPT is INR 1,69,000 per annum.

The college presently offers postgraduate courses in MPT. Krupanidhi College of Physiotherapy offers a full-time course of 2 years duration to the applicants. The course is a high level program training the next generation of clinicians. Physical therapists specialize in the assessment and treatment related to movement. Faculty supervision is of the highest quality and provided by internationally recognized experts in several fields from neuroscience, orthopaedics, knowledge translation and others such fields.

For admission to pg programs candidates must fulfill the eligibility requirements as prescribed by the College. All admissions are made strictly in accordance with the college rules in force at the time of admission. The MPT tuition fee is INR 1,74,000 per annum.

Online Mode

1. Candidates are required to visit the official website of the college and click on the “Apply Online” link.
2. The online application will require them to fill their details such as name and mobile number.
3. As soon as the student fills the above details, the screen will display a page asking for more information.
4. Now candidates have to fill personal, communication and education details and enter the captcha.
5. Once the entire form is filled, they need to click on the “Submit” button.
6. Candidates will then be called or mailed, giving instructions on the further steps to apply for the courses, submit their documents and also to submit the fees.
