Announcement of End Semester/Trimester Exam Fees - The End Semester Examinations for I Semester UG & PG Programs, I Trimester MBA, and I & III Semester LLB Programs (both Practical and Theory Courses) are scheduled for November/December 2025 and January 2026. Students are advised to prepare accordingly and pay their examination fees according to the following deadlines: - **Without late fee**: October 10, 2025 - October 22, 2025 - **With a late fee of Rs. 200**: October 24, 2025 - October 28, 2025 - **With a late fee of Rs. 500**: October 30, 2025 - November 03, 2025 **Important:** Ensure all outstanding dues (tuition, lab, library, etc.) are cleared prior to paying the exam fee. If payment is not reflected in the ERP system after payment, students must visit the Student Support Centre the next working day with proof of transaction. Paid examination fees are non-refundable and will not be adjusted under any circumstances. Students who fail to pay the examination fee will not be allowed to sit for the exams and will be ineligible for promotion to the next semester. Payment of the examination fee does not guarantee permission to sit for the exam; eligibility depends on attendance and discipline as per institutional guidelines.

Kristu Jayanti College, Bengaluru, provides scholarships to outstanding students in academics, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. KJC has been provided recently 'Heroes of Bengaluru'. Kristu Jayanti College scholarship is also awarded to financially backward aspirants. More details regarding the scholarships are given below.

Guidelines

Students who have received KJC Bangalore scholarships before are not eligible to apply for these scholarships.
Candidates eligible for scholarships can fill out an application form within the due date.
Only undergraduate students are eligible to apply for these scholarships.
The management decides on the number of Kristu Jayanti College scholarships to be provided and the amount to be awarded.
Kristu Jayanti College provides scholarships at the end of the year.

Jayantian Achievement Scholarships (JAS)

Students will be evaluated after each semester.

Students should be excellent in academics. Jayantian Achievement Scholarships are offered only to undergraduate degree students. Candidates should maintain a minimum of 85% attendance. B.Com/ BBA/ BA/ B.Sc students should have secured 75% aggregate. BCA students should have secured 80% aggregate.	10,000/- PA

Jayantian Talent Scholarships (JTS)

Criteria	Award (INR)
Students should have excelled in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. They should maintain a minimum attendance of 80% each semester. They should have scored 60% aggregate. They should have represented the college in the university level/ state level/ national level competitions and should have won at least one prize.	10,000/- PA

Jayantian Upliftment Scholarships (JUS)

Students should produce a proof of income certificate.
The students should maintain 80% attendance.
The students should satisfy the queries of the Kristu Jayanti College of Management and Technology scholarship committee.

Criteria	Tuition Fee Waiver
Financially disadvantaged students will be provided with these scholarships. The family income of the student should be less than INR 1,00,000/- PA.	50%
