LIBRARY-

Our College has dedicated a large spacious, well furnished library for our students in Engineering and all other streams.

Well equipped professional facilities which includes E-Library with a collection of more number of books and journals both national and international, weekly and monthly magazines, daily newspapers in English, Tamil are made available for students and staff.

Internet facility, Library Automation and Digital Library software are also available. All books have been BAR CODED for easy identification and access for the required books. The E-Library is also available for students to access the books.

CANTEEN-

Kodaikanal Institute of Technology has the facility of a spacious and clean canteen that caters to the taste of all students. Canteen can conveniently accommodate a 50 students at a time, functioning in the campus. The canteen is provided with modern furniture and electrical automatic cooking and storing facilities, which provides hot lunch, snacks and beverages both to the students and staff at reasonable rates. It is well maintained with efficient service and a take away counter. The College has a Canteen inside the campus in which variety of dishes are available at reasonable rates. The canteen remains open on all working days.

HOSTEL-

Kodaikanal Institute of Technology is having a very congenial Hostel atmosphere for boys which comprises of two different blocks. All the rooms in the hostels are self contained and well equipped with cupboard, cot mattresses, table and chair. Additional facilities like reading room, recreation room are also provided. 24 hour water and electric supply with generator back up is available. Internet facility is also provided round the clock through WIFI. Consulting physician visits the hostel as and when required. All Boys’ Hostels are equipped with necessary basic facilities to make the staying comfortable. All rooms in hostel are well ventilated, aerated with proper illumination. Each hostel has independent mess which is run by an authorized contract personnel where quality food is made available at reasonable rates to the students. 

WIFI-

Our college is having 8 Mbps Internet connection, locally networked and connected through wi-fi also to the central server are available for students for their project work and preparing seminar presentations. It also access to e-books, study materials, previous question papers, daily circulars etc., through the college Local Area Network. Wi-Fi facility is provided 24/7 to our students both in the campus and the hostels and this gives them easy connectivity to browse and improve their knowledge on various matters. Our Wi-fi connection provides a very high bandwidth where it is hassle free.

Internet facilities in the well-equipped internet lab, providing high speed of connectivity to student can surf the net together unlimited information.

The class rooms are provided with wireless access points for the students to make use of internet and intranet.
