Laboratories and Workshops

The Workshops for all disciplines of engineering such as fitting workshop, carpentry workshop, foundry workshop, smithy workshop, civil workshop, electrical workshop as well as laboratories for higher semesters such as hydraulic lab, strength of materials lab, survey lab, electronic lab computer center with latest generation computers and the essential software etc are counted among the best in state.

Library and Information Centre

Information and knowledge is the lifeline for learning be it the student or the faculty. KMPCE has one of the best Resource Centers designed to provide support to all engineering departments. A fully automated modern Library & Information Centre is on its way to becoming an outstanding learning resource centre catering to the ever growing and uncompromising information and intellectual requirements of the students, faculty, and researchers. The Central Technical library has a large collection of books, journals, volumes related to all branches of science, engineering and management. The students have access to International and national journals in addition to handbooks, standard manuals, technical reports, conference proceedings etc. The Digital Library in the campus provides access to archives, collection of e-books, e-journals, CD-ROMs, text images and other online collections to scholars and learners.

We firmly believe that we have the obligation not only to provide our students with sound academic knowledge and superior technical and practical skills, but also to develop more intangible soft skills such as non-verbal communication & leadership. Our graduates will go into the wider world with self confidence and professional competence to become successful engineers, scientists, business administrators, entrepreneurs and above all noble and compassionate global citizens.

Hostel

Separate Hostel for boys and girls are available at KMPCE. The hostel facilities are of the highest standards. The hostels are provided with spacious mess halls and modern kitchens. Caring wardens and tight security ensures a pleasant stay, allowing students to focus on their studies.

Transportation

College buses are available for transporting students and staff from the college to the following places. More than 20 buses are provided to help the students to reach on time without any inconvenience. Mattanchery, Edappally, Kalamassery, Aluva, Perumbavoor, Paravoor, Aimury, Angamaly, Kalady, Chalakkudy, Thripunithura, Thodupuzha, Kaloor, Velloor, Piravom, Muvattupuzha and Koothattukulam.
