JKLU Doctoral Admission 2025

JKLU Doctoral admissions are available both in full-time and part-time modes. Students need to satisfy the eligibility criteria set by JKLU to find themselves eligible for the PhD course. Further details about JKLU Doctoral admissions have been listed below,

• Total Fees: The total tuition fee for the JKLU PhD in part-time mode is INR 55,000 per year along with the caution fees of INR 10,000. For PhD in the full-time mode, students only need to pay the caution fees of INR 10,000.
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 55% marks or 5.5/10 CGPA in aggregate at the master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant subject, and all preceding degrees. For direct admission after B.E / B.Tech,  (a) Minimum aggregate 75% Marks or 7.5/10 CGPA in B.Tech./BE degree. (b) Candidates having directly relevant industry experience of more than 10 years require a minimum of 60% marks or 6/10 CGPA in aggregate or equivalent in B. Tech./BE.
• Selection Criteria: A written test (70% weightage) followed by a personal interview (30% weightage) will be conducted for all applicants. Applicants who have passed the NET/SLET/GATE (Valid score card as of 30th April 2024) or any other equivalent national test are exempted from the written test, however, such candidates have to appear for the personal interview.
