Application Process
Submit the duly filled Application Forms along with the following documents:
1. NOC - Present Institute (from MBBS was done)
2. Two photographs
3. Curriculam Vitae
4. Provisional DMC Registration Certificate (Copy of Receipt)

Registration Fee of Rs.3,000/- is applicable. It is payable by cash at the Hospital Cash Counter or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Jaipur Golden Hospital" payable at Delhi.)
