Entrance Exams & Admissions : The Eligibility for Any person who has graduated or in their final year of graduation can appear for CAT exam so as to join the IMT courses. Typical cut-offs in IMT are in the range of 92 percentile.

Placements & Internships : I did an Internship at Genpact from IMT. Companies that hire from IMT include FMCG, FMCD, Consulting, Pharma and automobiles. The average salary for placements in IMT is 12 -13 lacs and 90% of the batch gets placed. Since the college is one of the oldest and reputed institutes, it boasts of alumni who occupy high positions in the corporate world.

Fees & Scholarships : Fees for a year in IMT is around 7 lacs including hospitality. The scholarship in IMTis limited to a few students per batch. Loans are offered to students on pro-rata basis from a majority of the banks who approve of IMT students taking loans.

Academics & Faculty : Classes are usually held for about 6 hours a day in IMT The pedagogy in IMT is up to industry standards with faculty credentials being from the top-notch Institutes.  overall IMT is a good college with the only drawback being the batch size.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The hostels are on a twin sharing basis with both Boys and Girls hostel located on the IMT campus. The hostel fee in IMT is included in the course fee. The food is of decent quality but with limited options. The other infrastructure in IMT is up to the mark with world-class facilities and 24X7-open Library.
