IIEBM Pune has successfully collaborated with recruiters for over 20 years and conducts yearly placement drives with multiple companies. Various MNCs including Amazon, Puma, Deloitte and Asian Paints mark their presence at the institution to hire students. IIEBM  witnessed highest package of INR 30 LPA and an average package of INR 7.5 LPA. IIEBM, Pune, through its extensive network and committed placement staff invited 300 recruiters to the campus who offered over 800 job offers to students.

IIEBM Placement cell 

IIEBM's Placement Cell assists students in securing employment opportunities and internships, connecting them with leading organizations. Staffed by experienced professionals, it offers guidance and support throughout the placement process, fostering a culture of success and excellence. Various pre-placement activities including conducting of group discussion roounds, mock tests and mock interviews are conducted by the institution to upskill students as per the industry standards. The institution has also framed a Personality Enrichment Program (PEP) for holistic development of students. The institution also offers sector and job specific training to have a better understanding of job opportunities. 

IIEBM Internship

At the end of the first semester, the IIEBM students go for a winter internship with the NGO. The internship usually spans over a period of 3-4 weeks. At the end of the second semester the IIEBM students go for summer internship with an organization. The IIEBM internship usually spans for a period of eight to twelve weeks. WIP & SIP are a compulsory component of the curriculum and are an essential part of the academic requirements. Winter internship helps the students to be socially sensitive and imbibe the values of service beyond self. SIP provides exposure to organizational working, to develop an understanding of business realities, and to learn how to apply theory to real life business situations.
