IIM Sambalpur Executive MBA eligibility criteria is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent percentage. And a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience as of the last date of application.

The final merit list is formulated based on the candidates' performance in the Personal Interview, their academic qualifications, relevant work experience, and the quality of their Statement of Purpose (SOP).
