Fellowships at Indian Institute of Astrophysics, [IIA] Bangalore:
- For Integrated M.Tech+Ph.D course college will pay fellowship of INR 25,000 PM during the beginning of the third year, and INR 28,000 PM during the beginning of the fifth year. Selected students will be fully supported with a studentship of INR16,000 PM for the first two years.
- For Ph.D course in Indian Institute of Astrophysics the stipend of a JRF is INR 25,000 PM, and of a SRF is INR 28,000 PM in addition to an annual book grant and medical facilities. Upon submission of the Ph.D. thesis the fellowship may be further increased.
