Overall, the combination of a relevant curriculum and supportive faculty has made my learning experience meaningful and confidence building.

The library is a major support system with a wide collection of management and IT books, reference material, journals, and a peaceful reading space. Seminar halls and common areas are also used for events, workshops, and group activities, which makes the campus feel active and student friendly. The college provides in-campus hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The rooms are decent, with options of shared accommodation, basic furniture, proper water and electricity supply, and good security. The mess food is average but hygienic, offering a regular menu of Indian meals, while the canteen serves snacks and fast food. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, ICICI, Byju’s, Amazon partners, and NCR based startups visit the campus for roles such as Sales Executive, Business Development Associate, HR Recruiter, Operations Executive, Relationship Manager, and Analyst trainee. Around 70–85% students from our course manage to secure campus placements depending on skills and participation. The highest package offered to BBA students in recent years has been around ₹10–12 LPA, while the average package stays near ₹4–5 LPA, with most offers in the ₹3–4 LPA range. From my personal experience, the college gives good exposure through internships, live projects, and placement training, which makes us more employable after graduation. Even students who do not take up campus jobs feel prepared to look for off-campus roles or go for higher studies. After completing BBA, many students, including me, plan to pursue an MBA or gain work experience in corporate roles, as the course builds a strong foundation for both immediate jobs and future career growth.

Sports activities such as volleyball, badminton, football, and indoor games are encouraged, and inter-college events add excitement. These events give students a break from academics and help in overall personality development. Overall, my campus experience has been positive, with a disciplined yet friendly environment that supports growth. The best part is the supportive culture and opportunities to participate in activities. As for improvement, I feel the college could organize more large-scale events, industry interactions, and competitions to give students wider exposure. Still, IMS Ghaziabad has given me memorable experiences and a strong foundation for my future.
