Placements & Internships :
The placement opportunities for the BBA course at IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus are fairly good and improving each year. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester, and the placement cell starts training us early with aptitude classes, resume building, group discussion practice, and mock interviews. Many students also get internship opportunities after the second year, which adds strong value to their profiles.
Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, ICICI, Byju’s, Amazon partners, and NCR based startups visit the campus for roles such as Sales Executive, Business Development Associate, HR Recruiter, Operations Executive, Relationship Manager, and Analyst trainee. Around 70–85% students from our course manage to secure campus placements depending on skills and participation. The highest package offered to BBA students in recent years has been around ₹10–12 LPA, while the average package stays near ₹4–5 LPA, with most offers in the ₹3–4 LPA range.
From my personal experience, the college gives good exposure through internships, live projects, and placement training, which makes us more employable after graduation. Even students who do not take up campus jobs feel prepared to look for off-campus roles or go for higher studies. After completing BBA, many students, including me, plan to pursue an MBA or gain work experience in corporate roles, as the course builds a strong foundation for both immediate jobs and future career growth.
Entrance Exams & Admissions :
For my course at IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus, the admission process was simple and merit based. There was no entrance exam conducted for our batch. The main eligibility criteria was passing 10+2 from a recognized board with the required minimum percentage, and for BCA, having Mathematics in Class 12 was important. I filled out the application form online, which was easy to find on the college website, and paid a small application fee during registration. After submitting the form, I received a phone call from the admission team, where they conducted a short telephonic interview to check my basic background, interest in the course, and communication skills. Based on my Class 12 marks and the interview, I was offered admission.
There were no fixed cut-offs like national exams, but students with average to good marks in Class 12 generally got selected. The process was quick and transparent, and I got confirmation within a few days. Students from SC/ST/OBC categories could apply for government scholarships later, but the admission itself was mostly based on merit and document verification. Overall, the experience was smooth, student friendly, and stress free compared to exam based admissions
Fees & Scholarships :
For my BBA course (2025–2028) at IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus, the fee is around ₹1.7–1.8 lakh per year, including tuition and charges like admission, registration, development, lab, library, and exams, with a one-time caution and uniform fee of about ₹10k at entry. The total for three years comes close to ₹5.2–5.8 lakh, and seniors say it increases slightly for new batches. Around 20–30% students get some form of help through merit scholarships, sibling or sports concessions, and government aid for SC/ST/OBC students. A few classmates plan to take education loans from banks like SBI or PNB, which are easy to get after admission. The college also supports careers through internships and campus drives with firms like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, and HDFC, offering roles in sales, HR, and business development. Overall, the fee feels fair for the exposure and support we receive.
Academics & Faculty :
The BBA course curriculum at IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus is well structured and covers core areas like management principles, marketing, finance, HR, accounting, business law, and communication skills, which helped me build a strong foundation in business studies. The subjects are arranged semester wise so that we move from basics to more advanced topics, and the curriculum feels relevant for both corporate roles and higher studies like MBA.
My experience with the faculty has been mostly positive. The teachers are knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable, and the faculty to student ratio is around 1:25, which allows good interaction in class. They use a mix of lectures, presentations, case studies, group discussions, and projects to explain concepts. Many teachers also guide us personally when we face academic or career related doubts.
The college follows a semester system with internal tests and end semester exams, and the schedule is generally prompt and well managed. Study material in the form of notes, PPTs, and reference books is provided by teachers, and the library also helps a lot. Overall, the combination of a relevant curriculum and supportive faculty has made my learning experience meaningful and confidence building.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
The infrastructure at IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus is quite good and supports our daily academic needs well. The campus has Wi-Fi connectivity, spacious and clean classrooms with projectors and smart boards, and well equipped computer labs for practical sessions. The library is a major support system with a wide collection of management and IT books, reference material, journals, and a peaceful reading space. Seminar halls and common areas are also used for events, workshops, and group activities, which makes the campus feel active and student friendly.
The college provides in-campus hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The rooms are decent, with options of shared accommodation, basic furniture, proper water and electricity supply, and good security. The mess food is average but hygienic, offering a regular menu of Indian meals, while the canteen serves snacks and fast food. Facilities like laundry, common rooms, and medical support are available, making hostel life comfortable, though there is always scope to improve food variety and recreational spaces.
For students who do not stay in hostels, there are many PGs and rented rooms near the campus in Ghaziabad at reasonable costs, usually ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 per month, depending on facilities. Overall, whether on campus or nearby, accommodation options are accessible, and the infrastructure creates a safe and supportive environment for learning and living.
Clubs & Associations :
My college life at IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus has been lively, balanced, and full of learning beyond classrooms. The social life is friendly, and it is easy to make connections with classmates through daily interactions, group work, and activities. The campus has several student clubs and societies related to culture, management, tech, social work, sports, and creativity, which regularly organize debates, quizzes, presentations, workshops, and fun activities. Being part of these clubs helped me improve my confidence, teamwork, and communication skills.
The college also hosts annual cultural and management fests, along with celebrations of festivals like Diwali, Holi, and Independence Day, which bring great energy to the campus. Sports activities such as volleyball, badminton, football, and indoor games are encouraged, and inter-college events add excitement. These events give students a break from academics and help in overall personality development.
Overall, my campus experience has been positive, with a disciplined yet friendly environment that supports growth. The best part is the supportive culture and opportunities to participate in activities. As for improvement, I feel the college could organize more large-scale events, industry interactions, and competitions to give students wider exposure. Still, IMS Ghaziabad has given me memorable experiences and a strong foundation for my future.
