My experience with the faculty has been mostly positive. The teachers are knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable, and the faculty to student ratio is around 1:25, which allows good interaction in class. They use a mix of lectures, presentations, case studies, group discussions, and projects to explain concepts. Many teachers also guide us personally when we face academic or career related doubts.
The college follows a semester system with internal tests and end semester exams, and the schedule is generally prompt and well managed. Study material in the form of notes, PPTs, and reference books is provided by teachers, and the library also helps a lot. Overall, the combination of a relevant curriculum and supportive faculty has made my learning experience meaningful and confidence building.

Overall, my campus experience has been positive, with a disciplined yet friendly environment that supports growth. The best part is the supportive culture and opportunities to participate in activities. As for improvement, I feel the college could organize more large-scale events, industry interactions, and competitions to give students wider exposure. Still, IMS Ghaziabad has given me memorable experiences and a strong foundation for my future.
