The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education is a Deemed-to-be-University. It was established in the year 2008. The establishment of this institute was done under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. It is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU). ICFAI has signed an MoU with IBBI, a unit of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for higher education.

IFHE campus is a 92-acre lush green sylvan campus with a built-up area of over 16 lakh sqft. The campus of this institute is fully Wi-Fi enabled and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities like academic blocks, amphitheatres, auditoriums, library block, computer centre, language lab, hostels, and canteen and faculty accommodation.

ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad Eligibility Criteria:

Course	Eligibility Criteria
BBA LLB/ BA LLB	Candidates must pass 12th or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% and above in any discipline with English medium. Candidates who appeared for their final examinations and awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
LLM	Candidates must have done graduation in Five Year / Three Year / Integrated Law Programs or equivalent Degree recognized by The Bar Council of India with a minimum of 50% Marks or equivalent Grade. They should also qualify in the ILSAT (PG) conducted by ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad.
Ph.D	Candidates must obtain at least 55% aggregate at the Post Graduate Degree in Law in regular study mode from a recognized University and they should also appear for Ph.D Eligibility Test.

ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad Admissions:

ICFAI Law School Admissions is on the basis of merit and personal interview.
Selection letters for provisional admission will be issued to the applicants selected on the day of the interview.
