IBS Pune offers Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) course for its students. The duration of the course is two years. The total academic fee for the course is INR 9.09 lakh, with an intake of 440 students.

The eligibility criteria for the PGPM program offered at IBS Pune are given below:

• Candidates must graduate (in any field) with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized university or institute.
• Applicants must have studied English at their graduation too. 
• The minimum educational requirement for all applicants should be 15 years (10+2+3 or 10+2+4).
• Candidates in their final year of a bachelor's degree program may also apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements by May 31, 2025. Their admission will remain provisional until they submit transcripts and degree certificates confirming their eligibility. The deadline for submitting these documents is November 1, 2025.

Step 1: Entrance Exam

IBS Selection Process 2025

Recently, IBS has extended the deadline for admissions under the IBS- exempted category.  The following are the eligibility scores for applying directly for the MBA/PGPM courses.

A micro presentation round has been introduced in place of the general group discussion rounds as a part of the IBS selection process. The candidates are offered an opportunity to showcase their communication skills and analytical abilities.

The candidates are assigned a topic by selecting a number between 1 to 100.  A one-minute preparation time is given and they need to deliver a 3-minute presentation. The candidates have to present before a batch of 9 to 11 fellow candidates. Also, two-panel members are there to judge the presentation.
