GLA University, Mathura is spread over 110 acres. It provides all the measures to students for better education and accommodation. All the requirements are fulfilled and looked after by the university premises. GLA University is acknowledged for its campus and residential facilities provided by the university to students and working staff. Some of the highlighting features of the GLA University campus are listed below.

Classrooms: GLA University has around 227 classrooms, 65 are tutorial rooms. They are equipped with the latest computer systems with projector, sound system, Wi-Fi, audio-visual & multimedia facilities, and hi-tech amenities to facilitate a demonstrative learning mode. It offers an internet facility through 1 Gbps bandwidth from BSNL under NKN and 155 Mbps from UP Communications Pvt Ltd. 

Conference Hall: The GLA University has state of the art auditoriums that can accommodate more than 3800 people. The college has 13 auditoriums and seminar complexes. Students and faculty organise various events, workshops and guest lectures. They are equipped with a sound system, projector and green rooms and are air-conditioned to cater to the needs of audiences.

Library: The GLA University library offers more than 169899 books and 4,500 CD-ROMs and subscribes to more than 95 national and international journals. It is a member of the National Digital Library and DELNET, connecting over 5000 libraries. The library operations and services are fully computerised. It also uses specialised user-friendly open-source software called KOHA. The library also has a bar-code based computerised circulation system to ease the track and circulation of the books/journals. The software facilitates automated circulation (issue & return) of the resources and speedy access to bibliographies and resources stocked in the library.

Medical facilities: The GLA University infrastructure has a health care unit named Aarogyam A. The college offers various facilities like four qualified and experienced physicians supported by efficient nursing aides. The main mission of aarogyam is to provide a holistic approach to the physical well-being of our students, faculty and support staff. The college offers 24x7 prompt medical, surgical and psychosocial support to all workers and residents within the GLA Campus. Routine complaints like coughs, colds, seasonal fevers, rashes, cuts, bruises, and sprains are attended within the campus. Anything of a more serious nature is referred to a higher centre in Mathura, Agra or even Delhi. The dispensary has a six-roomed unit with attached toilets. There are eight semi-fowler beds for patients requiring in-patient care, and the OP facility with basic furniture, including examination couches.

Hostel: GLA University is equipped with well-furnished hostel facilities for its outstation candidates. They are surrounded by lush green lawns, playing fields and separate facilities for boys and girls. The GLA University hostel has wardens and tight security. It has power backup, indoor games like TT, carom, chess, television, etc., internet access and STD facilities. The college has 15 boys hostels offering accommodation facilities for more than 4300 boys and 4 girls’ hostels accommodating around 1400 girls. All the rooms have a wedge-shaped bay window that protects from the sun and lets in natural light simultaneously. 

Cafeteria: The GLA University Mathura offers a well-developed cafeteria to offer students the best healthy food. The food provided in the cafeteria is hygienic and vegetarian. The college has 4 cafeterias to fulfil students' requirements. It offers multi-cuisine delights and a fun atmosphere.

Hostel cost around 110000 per year in including food and pg cost around 70000 per year including food. In college food is expensive but good. You get wifi library everything in university.

There are 12 hostels , 10 hostel are without AC and 2 hostel are with AC , the fees per month is 6000. The outside pgs are good as compared to college hostel, they are cheaper costing 3000 per month. The meal in college is not up to mark and it costs 200 per day. The quality is up to mark , AC and digital classroom .

University also provides good facility of the hostels. Every facility is available in the hostel. Security is also very strict with the students. Outside the university, many pgs are there. Classrooms, labs, libraries are well maintained with proper facility.

  • There are different hostels for boys and girls,9 hostels for boys (4 wings With A/C and no A/C rooms)
  • PGs are available outside the college and the rent varies from INR 35000-40 000 per year
  • Food in the college mess is not bad, the mess fee is 28000 per year
  • The quality of the class room is good.centralized A/C class rooms ,labs with necessary equipment etc.
