Library

Library is a store house of knowledge. Specialized collection of Books, Journals and Non-Book materials are available in Engineering and Technology, Science and Humanities. Highly qualified and efficient librarians ensure that best possible information service, standard textbooks and reference books by popular authors are stocked and every effort is made to obtain all titles recommended by the faculty.

Multiple copies of important books are bought to make available to as many students as possible. The library automation software is implemented and digital library is equipped with multi-media system with dedicated storage server. Broad band internet connection, e-books, e-journals and more than 500 CDs covering all topics with free hand access are available to all students. The library is constantly updated by acquiring books and journals in different fields from time to time based on the needs.

Hostel

Excel Institutions provide very good hostel facilities for students away from home for their education. In excel the hostel has a good infrastructure for both Boys and Girls students to stay comfortably. In hostel various activities and facilities are provided in an efficient manner. Excel hostel provide single, two and multiple member rooms.

Food Court

A popular new Food Court is available, that serves delicious non-vegetarian and vegetarian food at reasonable prices in the campus.

Transport

The college provides buses for the transport of the day-scholar students and staff members. The college buses ply to several destinations cover a radius of 50 KM to the places like Erode, Chittode, Gobichettipalayam, Bhavani, Salem, Mettur, Andiyur, Sankari, Tiruchengode, Komarapalayam, Ammapettai, Edappadi etc.

A nominal fee is collected towards the bus fare from the students and staff members on the basis of their boarding point. In addition to these, a large number of state transport corporation and private buses are plying in both the directions of the institutions.

Sports & Games

Department of Physical Education is equipped with all indoor and outdoor facilities for the staff and students. Both men and women take part in individual and group activities of different nature.

"A Sound Mind in a Sound Body": Excel Group of Institutions provides all sports and games facilities along with immense opportunities to the students to prove their skills and expertise in sports and games. We encourage all the students to take part in the intramural and extramural tournaments like Tamilnadu Inter Engineering Sports (TIES) and open tournaments. Our students are bringing laurels to the institutions by winning Gold and Silver medals and trophies.
