Dhole Patil College of Engineering was founded in the year 2008 by Shri Sagar Dhole Patil. DPCOE offers 6 branches in Bachelor of Engineering [B.E] and 5 branches in Master of Engineering [M.E] and a Master in Business Administration [MBA] degree. It is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Dhole Patil College of Engineering Cut Off:

For Undergraduate Programs:

  • Dhole Patil College of Engineering Cutoff is strictly merit-based and conducted as per guidelines of Directorate of Technical Education [DTE].

  • Students have to write MHT CET conducted by State Cell Directorate of Technical Education [DTE] for admission to first year B.E/ B.Tech programmes.

  • Students need to score a minimum of 50% in group subjects like Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Vocational subject/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics etc for open category and 45% for Backward classes and it is mandatory.

  • Admission to direct second year [DSE] is strictly based on merit for Maharashtra candidates only. 

  • Students from outside Maharastra will have to write MH-CET or IIT JEE or walk-in directly to the college for more details to enrol. 

For Postgraduate Programs:

  • Admission to DPCOE in Master of Engineering is strictly merit-based and on the basis of GATE exam.

  • Some seats are available under Sponsorship quota.

  • To apply for Master of Engineering [M.E], students must have a minimum of 50% for open category and 45% for backward class students [ST/ SC/ OBC/ NT] in B.E  

  • To apply for a Master of Business Administration [MBA] degree, students have to undertake any of the following exams like MAHCET/ CAT/ MAT/ AMIE.

  • The graduate result must be 50% for open category and 45% for backward classes in any discipline to apply for MBA.
