DCSMAT Idukki Placement Cell

The CR & AA cell of DCSMAT is a growing community with a clear goal and a masterful work ethic. The CR (Corporate Relations) division of the cell manages the placement and selection related queries. It is also responsible for managing the internships and recruitment activities for the students. A placement officer chairs the division and is assisted by faculty members and the student coordinators of DC School of Management and Technology. Every student in the second year has to register with the placement office. The functions of the placement cell are as follows:

• Establishes brilliant relationships with the lead management of different MNCs.
• Takes initiatives like HR conclave to establish student interaction with senior HR managers.
• Dynamic placement team to assure better career options and packages.
• Motivational talk from senior management officials in the industry.
• Organizes various training sessions by renowned trainers on topics like soft skills and interview techniques.
• Alumni meetups to establish a healthy rapport with alumni at a high level in the industry.

Over the last few years, the size of the cell has increased considerably. It has managed to maintain brilliant rapport with the lead management team of many companies. The cell organizes student interactions with HRs, guest lectures from well-known executives in the country. The AA(Alumni Affairs) cell keeps contact with the alumni, organizes alumni meetups, alumni visits to the campus and many more.
