Library: CMS College Kottayam library covers an area of 21,786 square feet and houses 76,000 books, 63 journals, and 40 periodicals. The issue and return of books are both electronic and bar-coded. The average number of walk-ins per day is roughly 500. In addition, more than 3800 e-journals and 80,000 e-books are available through the N-LIST initiative.

Canteen: The CMS College Kottayam campus has a canteen that meets the requirements of students and employees by providing delicious and nutritious cuisine at affordable costs. The canteen committee oversees the management of the canteen. 

Co-operative Store: One of the things that makes the co-operative store popular is that it sells books and writing equipment at reduced costs. Students and staff alike make extensive use of the store's photocopying service. It also provides document laminating and spiral binding services. Vidya Nikshepam sells its products through the store.

Bank and Post Office: CMS College Kottayam has a north post office. The State Bank of Travancore also has a branch on the campus and an ATM.

Study Centre: The CMS Kottayam is home to the Indira Gandhi National Open University's regional study centre, which provides a variety of distance-learning PG, UG, diploma, and certificate programs. On Saturdays and Sundays, classes are held on the college campus.
