- DD of Rs. 200/- in favor of the university which is non-refundable.

Application Process for Other Courses.

MBBS/ M.Ch/ MD/ MS

The applicant has to visit the official website for the application form.
The application form has to be downloaded and printed out.
After downloading the application form it has to be filled by themselves and has to be signed in the given area.
The filled application form has to be submitted along with the application fee and true copies necessary documents have to be accompanied with the application form.

B.Sc/ Post Basic B.Sc

The candidate must apply in the prescribed application form downloaded from the official website.
The application form should be filled by the applicant in their handwriting and signed.
The filled up application form can be submitted along with the requisite fees and self-attached true copies of the documents:
- 10th mark sheets.
- Character certificate.
- Community caste certificate.
- Transfer certificate.
- Migration certificate.
- Aadhar card.
- medical fittness certificate.
- DD in favor of the University of amount Rs. 100/- for the cost of the application which is non-refundable.
Passport/ VISA or any other relevant documents for NRI candidates.

Admission Process for B.Sc

The admission is based on their performance in the entrance exam and the marks obtained in the qualifying examination marks taken together.

The candidate will be called for counseling in the order of merit list based on their marks obtained in the entrance examination.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc

The candidate must complete their age of 17 years on or before the year of Chettinad University, Kanchipuram admissions 2021
They must have passed in 10+2 scheme with Physics, Chemistry, Biology with a minimum of 45% of total marks.
The students belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC must possess 40% of marks in aggregates from the above-mentioned subjects.
They must be medically fit.

Post Basic B.Sc

The applicant must pass in 10+2 or an equivalent exam recognized by the University.

Admission Process of Chettinad University, Kanchipuram for M.B.B.S course are given below,

The M.B.B.S. program at Chettinad Hospital & Research Institute is designed to create doctors who are fully qualified, broadly skilled and ready to pursue careers as generalists or specialists. The course offers a strong foundation in basic science with emphasis on early development of clinical and procedural skills.

Eligibility:

The candidate should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the M.B.B.S. Course. Candidate must have passed HSC/CBSE / ISCE in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Botany and Zoology /Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 75% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Botany and Zoology/Biotechnology.

Admission Procedure:

Admission to M.B.B.S. Degree Course is based on merit listing prepared on the basis of competitive Entrance Examination by securing not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the All India Level Common Entrance Examination (+2 syllabus) conducted by this Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, Kelambakkam, Kancheepuram District and subject to Physical fitness.
Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination the result of which has not yet been declared may apply but shall not be admitted to MBBS until he fulfils all eligibility criteria.
