Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management is spread over an area of 10-acre. Through its infrastructural prowess, the university provides an eco-friendly environment for the scholar to enjoy on campus.

 Classrooms

• The classrooms are huge and well-ready with present-day coaching aids.
• Every classroom is ready with projectors and audio-visible equipment.

Library 

• The university consists of a well-stored library with many subscriptions to countrywide and worldwide journals. 

Bartending Lab

• The brilliant, opulent, and radiant lights of Chennai's Amirta bar create a world-elegance ambience. The bars are well-ready and are divided into 3 sections: front, back, and underbar.
• Chennais Amirta teaches scholars the way to gift and put together cocktails, mocktails, juggling, flaring, and a lot of different skills.

Hostel

• The organization has a dormitory on campus that can accommodate up to 6 college students in every room. They offer separate lavatory and lavatory centres, in addition to beds, cubbies, Wi-Fi, and a TV for amusement.
