Entrance Exams & Admissions : There is a basic eligibility criteria to join Charotar University of Science and Technology which is common for all the students, regardless of their respective caste. The criteria ranged about 60% in 12th Science or Commerce stream. No additional entrance exam was required (specifically for BCA).

Fees & Scholarships : Charotar University of Science and Technology fees are not so costly compared to the quality of education that they provide. My course (BCA) fees were Rs. 30,000 per year (plus university exam fees of Rs. 4,000 per year). Yes, they provide a lot of scholarship options depending on student's academic performance.

Academics & Faculty : The timings of class at Charotar University of Science and Technology are very efficient, the first class in the morning starts at 9:10 am. They also give assignments and projects on the regular intervals. They also take tests once in a couple of weeks.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are a number of options available for hostels around Charotar University of Science and Technology. An average cost of hostels ranges from Rs. 50,000 to 60,000 per year. The college has well-furnished classrooms and laboratories with all advanced machines. Also, the library is advanced and each department has its own library. It also has a gym and indoor play area. There is a central lawn which is often used to organise events and functions of the University.

Clubs & Associations : The campus life is very peaceful and studies friendly at Charotar University of Science and Technology. There are 2 food courts, a cafe and a central canteen which provides hygienic food. University also celebrates almost all the festivals and also organise many technical, sports, and cultural events throughout the year.
