BITS Pilani Hyderabad placements are overseen by the placement cell. They are a specially trained group responsible for guiding students for a better career selection. The cell organises seminars, conferences and different curricular activities for the students. In addition, the cell provides students with training in each sector for better employment opportunities and keeps them updated about the same.

The placement process of the college is as follows-

• Placement occurs in two separate semester phases for the final year students.
• Only half of the students are present during each semester, while the other half attend an internship.
• The companies can recruit from one or both semesters according to their hiring needs.
• The first semester occurs from August to November, while the second semester occurs from January to April.
