About Berhampore College:
Berhampore College formerly known as Raja Krishnath College of Commerce. It was established in Aug 2nd 1963. The college then offered only Commerce courses and in 1971 Arts courses were introduced with the approval from Universit of Calcutta. The college was then renamed to Berhampore College in 1975. The college is now affiliated to University of Kalyani offering courses in Arts, Science and Commerce streams. The Berhampore College follows strict disciplinary methods and charges will be taken against those students who violate it. Berhampore College have extracurricular activities like National Cadet Corps[NCC], National ServiceScheme[NSS] and Bratachari.
