Banaras Institute of Teachers Education has a sprawling campus with a lush green environment and airy lecture theaters. The college has a sound computer centre to provide modern audio-visual presentations and hands-on learning for all its students. The college library is stocked with text and reference books on almost all relevant subjects covered by the syllabus. The college subscribes to several national-level and technical magazines and journals in order to keep the students update on the latest development, research, and current affairs.

Computer Centre

• The Computer Centre is one of the finest infrastructures at BITE. 
• It includes more than 120 computers, high-end servers, licensed software from Microsoft, Linux and OSX backed up with online UPS.
• A rich set of computers, fax machines, photocopiers cum scanners are employed for efficient processing and transaction of data - within and outside.

College Building

• The College building has a multistoried architecture, with fully electrified spacious classrooms.
• Each room has multiple doors and windows to facilitate cross ventilation.

Laboratory

• The college has fully furnished separate laboratories for the students of psychology and education in the Arts stream.
• For the students of Teachers' Education, the college has a well-equipped Technology Lab and a Creativity Room. Besides, there is a lab for Media technology.

Library

• The college has a rich library housing around 6000 books including around four thousand exclusively for Teacher's Education.
• Around ten journals of national and international importance are available for teachers, students, and Research Scholars.
• There is at least ten Encyclopaedia including the celebrated Encyclopedia Brittanica.
• A large and quiet reading room is provided for voracious readers.

Generator

• The college has its own electric power generator to support the round-the-clock power supply.

Sports Ground

• To ensure the physical development of students in a creative manner the college has adequate games facilities for football, volleyball, basketball, cricket, badminton, hockey, athletics, etc.
• It has a vast playground of around 4 acres. Students of the college have participated in various district level, state level, and national level tournaments and have won laurels.
