the college has 2 hostels one for boys and another one for girls. The hostel is well maintained and hostel fees are INR 40,000 per year. PG is provided for some time and fees is about INR 45,000 per year. Food quality and the taste is good and per meal costs per day are INR 102. Breakfast is INR 30, lunch is INR 30, evening tea and snacks is INR 12 and dinner is INR 30. Classroom, lab, library, dining halls are good and well maintained and Wi-Fi and other key infrastructure are good.
Class Rooms and Amphitheater
The Classrooms and Amphitheater have multimedia and audio-visual equipment to facilitate effective learning. The Classrooms are designed to promote interaction between the faculty and the students.

Servers & Computers are spread over multiple labs. All the machines are interconnected through the Local Area Network.
This ensures that anyone can sit in any laboratory and access the relevant information. One Student, One Machine ratio is maintained in all laboratories. The department maintains following labs.

The aim of the Library is to serve the needs of the Faculty, Research Scholars, Students and External Members.
It is heart of the University and acts as a centre for the collection of literature predominantly related to management, engineering and technology and its allied subjects and develops a comprehensive collection of information that is useful for teaching and reference purposes.
User satisfaction is the prime objective of Library services.
The library is situated in a multi-story building with an ever growing collection of Books, Journals and other reading materials.
Library subscribes to a wide range of national and international periodicals and journals.
Apex Group of Institutions takes interest in providing ample opportunities and facilities for sports and games activities. The institute aims at the holistic development of each student and the sports activities have an important role in this.
The institute provides facilities for students keen on playing table tennis, carrom and chess. The necessary facilities for these games are provided indoor which enable the students to relax and enjoy playing the games during evenings and weekends.

Cricket: Cricket tournaments are held in institute every semester. Branch wise tournaments, hostel tournaments in IPL format (Cricket war), day scholar vs hostler tournaments, etc held on campus.
Volleyball: Institute also has a volley court of standard dimension 30 ft. by 30 ft. senior junior matches held in the university, different tournaments are organized on campus.
Kabbadi: Institute also have a Full dimensioned kabbadi ground.

The hostel rooms are spacious and well furnished. The hostels have sports and other recreational facilities,such as Dish TV, common room for interaction etc. All the hostel rooms have round-the-clock Internet connectivity. Hygienic and healthy food is provided in a centrally located mess, adjacent to the hostels under the guidance of the Mess Committee that has both students and faculty members. The hostels have open space around with greenery and plantation. Students working through Wi-Fi Internet connectivity on their laptops in the open lawns are a common sight in the evenings.
The Institute has excellent facility for day scholars. A fleet of buses, maintained by the institute. At present the buses operate in and around the 60 Kilometers radius of Rudrapur City everyday.
The Institute has a well-furnished cafeteria to cater to the refreshment needs of the students, faculty, staff and guests. It serves as a formal and informal interaction point of the Institute.
