Ananta Institute of Hotel Management and Allied Studies was established in 2000 in affiliation with Rajasthan ILD Skills University. Founded by the Ananta Group, the institute aims to empower the modern youth with all the professional knowledge, skill set, and proficiency that will help them shape their future in the hospitality industry. It was built with a vision to decrease the gap between the hospitality sector and the current requirements in this sector. The institute has received many honors and accolades in the past including the Indian Education Award in 2017 and Hindustan Times Excellence Award in 2016. It also appeared in the IBR World Record in 2018 for the largest Veg Lasagne.

After Ananta Group's successful establishment in the hotel industry, it has now started a journey to set a new record in the field of management education, especially hospitality education, through the Ananta Institute of Hotel Management and Allied Studies. The academy strives to promote experiential and collaborative learning and to well-equip the students with all the academic excellence and the necessary skills required to attain complete excellence in all the domains of hospitality. Also, the faculty is well-qualified, and the campus is spread over an area of 18,000 sq ft. 100% placement assistance is provided to the students. Around 90% of the batch has already been placed successfully.
