All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, [AISSMSCHMCT] Pune offers undergraduate courses for budding candidates who wish to make their mark in the hospitality industry. The institute offers two courses at the undergraduate level- B.HMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology) and B.Sc-HS (Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Sciences). It conducts a number of events and fests such as theme dinners, ATITHYA- its annual event, food festivals and inter-class/inter-collegiate events, all of which, greatly help in terms of offering exposure and experience to the students. The curriculum is therefore informative, exciting and well-rounding. Following are the courses-

AISSMSCHMCT, Pune UG Eligibility 

Both  B.HMCT and B.Sc HS courses are for a duration of 4 years. This includes theory-based classroom learning as well as plenty of practicals and internships. For students of B.Sc-HS who do not have a Science background, a bridge course in Science namely ‘Basics of Hospitality Applied Sciences’ will be conducted in the first year of the course. The duration of the bridge course will be four weeks. Following are the eligibility criteria for the various courses.

Candidates can apply for admission online. To do this, candidates can visit the official website of the college

• On the homepage, navigate to the application portal by clicking on the button designated FY Admissions.
• This will redirect candidates to the application form.
• The form has four parts, each dedicated to a different criteria- candidate’s details, parents’ details, academic details and lastly, documents uploaded.
• In the first page, fill in all necessary details such as name, name of course applying for, correspondence Email and phone number, address, etc
• In order to move to the next page, candidates will have to verify the registered mobile number by sharing the OTP received.
• Next, fill in parents’ details.
• In the third section, fill in past academic details and share the relevant documents of proof. The file size should not exceed 200KB.
• In the final page of the application form, candidates must upload all other relevant documents asked for such as - Transfer Certificate of previous institution, Migration Certificate (Of previous university), Domicile Certificate, Caste Certificate, etc., whichever is applicable.
• If candidates do not have any of the documents, they can seek guidance from the admission counsellors of the institution.
• Submit form, applicants will be acknowledged with an SMS from the college on the registered mobile number of the candidates.
• The college will communicate further details to the candidates.
• The admission fee for various programmes is based on AISSMSCHMCT, Pune fee structure.
