ACADEMICS & FACULTY
Class timings are from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Projects and industrial training is there but one needs to manage on its own to do it. Exams are like twice a year for semester & 4 times a year for sessional. Assignments are at least 12 per semester.
Quality and method of teaching overall is average. Some teachers are very good but some are not so good.
Overall experience was also Average.

Overview of AFU:
The Al-Falah University is recognised by University Grant Commission under section 2(f) and 12(B) under UGC act 1956. Al-Falah University is an endeavour of Al-Falah Charitable Trust, which was running three colleges in the Campus namely Al Falah School of Engineering and Technology (since 1997, Graded A by NAAC), Brown Hill College of Engineering and Technology(since 2008), and Al Falah School of Education and Training(since 2006, Graded A by NAAC).
The Al-Falal University was created by Haryana Legislative Assembly by passing an act 21 of 2014 under Haryana Private University act 2006 amended in 2014 and notified on 2nd May 2014. This university is one of the first universities which has introduced Choice Based Credit System under semester examination as per instruction of UGC and two year B.Ed and M.Ed programme as advised by NCTE.

Al-Falah University offers comprehensive hostel facilities within the campus for Boys and outside the campus for Girls. Every effort has been made by us to provide the best facilities for the hostellers.

Training and placement cell at Al-Falah University is devoted to training and placement needs of students. University has provided for mandatory six weeks practical training after IV semester, for Engineering students, during summer vacations. 8th semester of Engineering is exclusively earmarked for Industrial Training only.
