The campus has all the basic facilities.
- Library: The Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences' "AIMS Learning Resource Centre," one of the institute's major departments, was founded in 1986 with the sole objective of quenching the desire for knowledge and meeting the needs of both staff and students. Its goal is to provide documents, information, and an atmosphere that is conducive to imparting education, supporting research and development, and ultimately improving patient care in medical education. The new state–of–the–art modern library is centrally air–conditioned and well–furnished for the readers. The library provides Wi-Fi connection so you can browse and use the resources from anywhere in the building.
- Auditorium:A centrally air-conditioned Auditorium with a seating capacity of 2000 people and a span of 2986 square metres. It boasts a large stage with motorised screens and powerful sound and lighting equipment.
- Sports:Outdoor: A well-built BGS Stadium is provided for outdoor activities such as cricket, football, athletics, volleyball, and Kabbadi. Indoor: Badminton, table tennis, chess, carrom, and other games are offered.
- Canteen: Canteen facilities that are state-of-the-art are available to give high-quality, sanitary cuisine. There are options for both South Indian and North Indian cuisines.
- Hostels:In AIMS Campus at BG Nagara, there are separate hostels for boys and girls.The Post Graduate Men's and Women's Hostel is located on the College Campus, next to the Teaching Hospital.
- Transpotation:AIMS operates four buses that transport students from the hostels to the hospital and other rural health clinics for teaching and training purposes. Staff and students who provide community healthcare services have access to three vehicles. Each of the five ambulances attached to AH & RC is equipped with cardiopulmonary resuscitators, trained and qualified medical and paramedical staff, emergency medications, and an oxygen cylinder, and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Because it is a referral hospital, ambulances are used to transport patients from nearby hospitals and regions. Using the collegian, educational tours are held on a regular basis.
