Parul University hosted Hon’ble Governor of Bihar, Shri Arif Mohammed Khan, for Viksit Bharat Yuva Samvad, inspiring students with his vision of India as a rising global power and the importance of youth in nation-building.
Vadodara-based Parul University had the privilege of hosting the national program “Viksit Bharat Yuva Samvad” with Shri Arif Mohammed Khan, Hon’ble Governor of Bihar, as the Chief Guest. The engaging dialogue was organised in collaboration with Dr. Hemang Joshi, Member of Parliament.
Shri Arif Mohammed Khan, a distinguished political leader known for his progressive views on social reform, education, and inclusive governance, graced the occasion with his presence. Over his extensive career, he has served as Union Minister for Civil Aviation, Governor of Kerala, and currently as Governor of Bihar. His expertise in governance and dedication to youth empowerment made the session deeply impactful.
The program became a vibrant platform where the wisdom of governance met the enthusiasm of youth, fostering discussions on shaping a stronger and developed India. Students actively participated by sharing their visions, innovative ideas, and perspectives for Viksit Bharat.
In his address, Shri Arif Mohammed Khan stated, “Most of them say, and we can also feel, that after many centuries, the centre of global power appears to be shifting. It is no more a race between the USA and China, but India is also emerging as a global player, transforming the world from unipolar to multipolar. This is recognised not only by us but also by world leaders who say India is now unstoppable.” He also recalled Jack Ma’s remark: “One country which the West cannot defeat is India.” His words deeply resonated with the students, instilling pride and optimism for India’s future.
Reflecting on the occasion, Dr. Devanshu Patel, President of Parul University, said, “It was an honour to host Shri Arif Mohammed Khan on our campus. The exchange of his governance insights with the energy of our youth created a powerful dialogue that strengthened our shared vision of building a stronger and more advanced India.”
The event reinforced Parul University’s commitment to nurturing socially responsible youth while bridging the gap between policy-making and grassroots participation. With eminent leaders like Shri Arif Mohammed Khan and Dr. Hemang Joshi in attendance, the program inspired students to actively contribute to the nation-building process.
