JoSAA Schedule 2025 (Revised): Round 1 Online Reporting (Till Jun 22)

As per the revised JoSAA counselling schedule 2025 released by the authorities, the round 1 online reporting, including fee payment and document upload, must be done by Jun 22, 2025, instead of Jun 24, 2025. The round 2 of JoSAA seat allocation 2025 result will now be available by Jun 25, 2025. 

You must ensure the online completion of the first round of reporting, fee payment, document upload, and the candidate query answer within the given timeline. The round-wise JoSAA 2025 cutoff is also made available on the official website.

On the other hand, when NIT+System has available seats in 2025, CSAB will provide extra super-round JoSAA counselling. All information about the JoSAA counselling process will be updated here and published on the official website.

JoSAA Eligibility Criteria 2025

The candidates who meet the JoSAA eligibility criteria will be qualified to participate in the JoSAA counselling 2025. Apart from the eligibility criteria set by JoSAA, the candidates will also have to meet the criteria of the participating institutions to secure admission. 

JoSAA Registration and Choice Filling 2025

The eligible candidates should register for JoSAA 2025 and complete the choice filling procedure to be allotted a seat through JoSAA counselling. The following are the steps for JoSAA registration and choice filling processes. 

1. Registration 

• Candidates must visit the official website of JoSAA 2025.
• Click on the given registration link.
• Log in with your JEE Main or JEE Advanced credentials.
• Fill out the required details carefully.
• Submit and take a printout of the same for future reference. 

2. Choice Filling

• After the registration process, candidates must choose their course and college preferences. 
• The names of institutions the candidates are eligible to apply will be listed there.
• The candidates must select the choices in the order of their preferences.
• Once the choice filling is done, the candidates must lock their choices. It is very important to know that once choice locking is done, the candidates will not be allowed to make changes. 
• Candidates must take a printout of their choice of filling for further procedures.

JoSAA Counselling 2025

The JoSAA counselling 2025 will offer admission to the eligible candidates to the premier institutions of India. There will be approximately 6 counselling rounds in JoSAA 2025. Once the seats are allotted, candidates must report to the respective JoSAA centres for document verification. 

JoSAA Seat Allotment 2025

JoSAA will first release a mock allotment list on its official website to give an idea to the candidates regarding their admission chances in their colleges and courses of preference. If the candidates are not satisfied with the mock allotment, then they can change their order of preference in the given window to modify it. JoSAA will then release the final seat allotment results.
